Admissibility of elements
Our investigations aim to produce fair and lawful findings : detailed report, dated chronology, annexes (photos, useful documents). These elements may be admitted to inform your decisions and, if necessary, may be used by your lawyer before civil, commercial, industrial tribunal or criminal courts, according to the judge's assessment.
