Protection of people — Private detective AzurX
Protecting people from harassment, threats and harmful behaviour
In a context where harassment, threats and certain high-risk associations are developing both in the street and online, it is normal to feel powerless. The role of a private investigator is not to dramatise the situation, but on the contrary to make it objective, document it, and propose concrete, lawful and humane solutions.
At AZURX, we intervene mainly in two types of situations:
-
surveillance against stalking and threats,
-
monitoring the circle of minors, particularly in cases of radicalisation or addictions.
Surveillance against stalking and threats: taking back control
When harassing behaviour or informal tailing appears (repeated presence, “followed” journeys, worrying messages, etc.), anxiety quickly rises. The challenge is then to move out of the grey zone and turn a feeling into concrete elements.
Documenting the facts, without overreaction
We put in place a simple and strictly lawful system to document the situation and reduce your exposure:
-
Targeted surveillance over specific time slots: entries/exits from the home, recurring routes, sensitive locations.
-
Keeping a time-stamped log of the observed facts.
-
Collecting authorised photos and videos, as well as consistent witness statements.
If digital channels are involved (messages, fake profiles, anonymous accounts), we preserve all useful elements:
controlled screenshots, URLs, timestamps, and OSINT cross-checks (investigation using open sources). All of this is done in compliance with the GDPR and the legal framework.
Protecting the person and preparing the defence
Our objective is twofold:
Protect the person:
-
advice on digital and physical safety,
-
adjusting routes,
-
setting up alerts and response habits in case of an incident.
Provide the lawyer with a solid report:
-
a clear, structured and usable investigation report,
-
suitable for a criminal complaint, a main courante or civil measures,
-
with dated, sourced elements presented in an intelligible way.
We guarantee professional secrecy, proportionality of the means used, and the non-disclosure of sensitive information.
In critical situations, an emergency protocol can be activated: reinforced surveillance windows, coordination with your counsel (lawyer) and increased responsiveness in case of escalation.
Monitoring minors’ associations: prevention without invading privacy
When a parent suspects harmful developments (radicalisation, addictions, dangerous associations), they are torn between two requirements: protecting their child, without tipping into abusive control or unlawful infringement of privacy.
Intervention only in the best interests of the child
Our monitoring operations are carried out exclusively in the minor’s best interests and with the agreement of the holder(s) of parental authority.
Our role is to objectify worrying facts:
-
recurring meetings,
-
places frequented,
-
changes in behaviour or habits,
-
visible digital signals (public profile, social networks, posts).
All of this is done without any unlawful intrusion.
Method: observation, OSINT and monitoring high-risk environments
We combine several approaches:
-
discreet field observation,
-
OSINT cross-checks (what is publicly accessible online, visible digital identity footprint),
-
monitoring of sensitive environments (places, groups, at-risk areas),
-
and, where necessary, preparation of a formal report.
The elements collected are dated, sourced and contextualised, so that the family and professionals (doctors, psychologists, lawyers, institutions) can act in an informed way: support, mediation, or even reporting to the authorities if the situation requires it.
A red line: no spying and no unlawful access
We formally prohibit:
-
spyware applications,
-
unlawful geolocation,
-
any use of keyloggers or unauthorised intrusive tools.
Everything is done in compliance with the GDPR and the rights of the minor. The investigation report clearly distinguishes between:
-
indications,
-
observations,
-
evidence.
This distinction avoids confusion, limits abusive interpretations and protects the child’s dignity.
