When it comes to work , the issue is not just about "knowing". It's about being able to act (HR, lawyer, insurance, court) with proper, dated, verifiable evidence — and obtained within a legal framework .

Here is the AzurX method, simple and secure:

1) We clarify the need (and the risk)

Before taking any action:

  • What is the specific act (fraud, abusive sick leave, internal theft, unfair competition, customer poaching, information leak…)?

  • What is the objective: internal (HR) or litigation (lawyer) ?

  • What are the legal risks (privacy, excessive surveillance, data collection)?

Objective: to avoid unusable “evidence” or, worse, evidence that backfires on the company.

2) We define a proof strategy

Depending on the context, the following are preferred:

  • Verifications and cross-checks (facts, dates, places, consistency)

  • Factual findings (observations, objective elements)

  • Field investigation when relevant, with a strict scope

Always with the same logic: less but better = usable elements.

3) We document it so that it can be used

A useful element is:

  • dated , specific , contextualized

  • reproducible (not “I was told that…”)

  • presented clearly for a decision-maker (manager/HR) and, if necessary, a lawyer

The goal is not sensationalism: it is the decision (sanction, negotiation, break, action).

4) Realistic deadlines and budget are announced.

In business, the number one variable is often timing :

  • HR emergency

  • sensitive period (leak, departure, call for tenders)

  • The need to act without raising the alarm

We set the framework from the outset:

  • Timeframe (initial elements vs final report)

  • budget (range depending on complexity and terrain)

Key takeaway : In the workplace, the right question is not “can we investigate?” but “how can we obtain usable information without jeopardizing the company?”

If you want, you can give me (in a message) 3 pieces of information:

  1. the type of case ( fraud / arrest / competition / theft / escape)

  2. the area ( French Riviera …)

  3. Urgent (48 hours / 1 week / 1 month)

…and I propose a realistic, step-by-step proof strategy , without going into sensitive details.
